The front bedroom has a king-size bed, a 43" smart TV, and private full bath with double sinks. There is also a sliding glass door allowing you to access the large balcony.

The rear bedroom is spacious and also has a king-size bed with a 43" smart TV, and private full bath.

Your kids will enjoy the private bunk room with twin bunk beds and their own smart TV. There is a 1/2-bathroom just down the hall.

Open concept living room with nine-foot ceilings and a 65” smart TV. The sofa pulls out to a queen sleeper if needed.

The kitchen features granite countertops with stainless appliances. A Keurig allows you to brew an entire pot or k-cups for single use. Pots, pans, dishes, Ninja blender, and more are provided for any cooking you want to do.

A washer and dryer are provided for your convenience.

Getting around

There are several restaurants and attractions within walking distance of the resort. You can also drive or call an Uber to many others. Coffee, donuts, pastries, pizza, drinks, and other items are available in the lobby. The pool side tiki hut has a full menu of food and drinks. Wal-Mart is across the road and can deliver if needed. Publix delivery is also available. Make sure you schedule a few weeks before your arrival. Condo Concierge is a new service that will deliver and put everything away for you. The parking deck is tight in the corners when making the transition between floors. We always look ahead and make sure no one else is coming to avoid passing another vehicle in the turns. Two parking passes will be included. Your reserved spot is on the 11th floor.

Enter the resort on either side of the main entrance next to the fountain. The gated entry is for owners only. You will be greeted by security when you arrive. Tell them you are checking in and need to pickup your registration packet from the concierge desk. They should direct you to the correct location. It's the desk to the left when you walk in the lobby. The packet will include eight wristbands and two parking passes. The desk hours are 10AM - 10PM.

Unlock - Turn on the keypad backlight by pressing the home button in lower left corner then enter your access code. The checkmark flashes on home button when code entry is correct and door unlocks. You can also unlock your door from inside by turning the thumb-turn away from the door edge.

Lock - tap the lock icon in lower right corner. The checkmark flashes on home button and door locks. You can also lock your door from inside by turning the thumb-turn toward the door edge. It doesn’t auto lock so ensure you lock when needed.

The lock code will be sent the day of your arrival when the room is ready. You can enjoy the pool, beach, and other amenities if you arrive before check-in time.

Luggage carts are available through security but you have to leave your ID with them until you return it. They’re located outside the entrance to the lobby.

No rentals under 21 years of age.

The lock code will be sent the day of your arrival when the room is ready. Verify the front door is pulled shut and locked each time you leave the condo. You will be responsible for any items missing or damaged due to unauthorized entry.

Perform an inspection when you arrive and report any damage or problems to prevent being held responsible for them.

Keep all balcony doors and entry door closed to allow the air conditioning system to function properly. This area is very humid and moist air in the unit can create mold growth.

While linens, bath towels, and washcloths are provided in the unit, daily maid service is not included. You will need to plan on washing them as needed or bring extras. The cleaning fee is for housekeeping to come in after you depart and clean the condo for the next guest. If you would like to have my housekeeper come in mid-stay at a charge, please let me know and we will arrange.

No blankets, sheets, or towels from the condo may be used at the pool or beach at any time. When using the washer and dryer, do not wash our linens with your beach towels, as they will fade onto the linens.

No climbing or horseplay on balcony furniture. No unsupervised children may be on the balcony. No towels are to be hung over the balcony railing.

We do not give refunds for bad weather; however, we will refund the days that the EMA requires a mandatory evacuation due to a hurricane.

Upon departure, discard all items from the refrigerator. Load any dirty dishes in the dishwasher and start. Trash must be gathered and disposed in the trash chute next to the elevator. No food or trash should be left inside the condo. Ensure entry door is fully closed and locked.

Payment Policy
We are flexible with payment methods if you don't want to pay with a credit card. You can also use Venmo, Zelle, etc. or mail a check.
Refundable Damage Deposit
The security deposit covers any damage and missing items. It will be refunded when our cleaners verify everything is ok after check out.
Cancellation Policy
Full refund for cancellations up to 30 days before check-in. If booked fewer than 30 days before check-in, full refund for cancellations made within 48 hours of booking and at least 14 days before check-in. After that, 50% refund up to 7 days before check-in. No refund after that.

Please check your credit card for trip cancellation insurance. If it's not included, then you can visit www.insuremytrip and www.travelguard.com for options. We recommend you have some type of coverage in case of family emergencies, illness, bad weather, job loss, etc.
